WORLD'S CREAMIEST SCRAMBLED EGGS RECIPE - KETO FRIENDLY
This recipe is one of my favorite go to recipes, it's not only delicious but it is one of the many recipes in my culinary arsenal that I have used to help me lose weight on my keto diet. I am currently down six pant sizes and still going strong. I would love to show you all my tips and tricks for making these decadent eggs not only for yourself but also for your loved ones. Once you have this version perfected, I will show you other versions as well that will keep you from ever being bored with your breakfast again!
If this is too large for you please cut it in half. One thing that I do is make a large batch or multiple large batches at the beginning of the week for meal prep. I leave several containers of these scrambled eggs in the fridge and whatever theme of toppings I chose in separate containers. This way as my family members are ready to eat they have a fast and healthy breakfast ready to go for them.
For In The Blender:
18 eggs
1 Knorr Homestyle Stock - chicken flavored tub or container
2 tsp. Lawry's Garlic Salt
Fresh ground black pepper to taste
2 tsp. onion powder
4-5 ounces of cream cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
For Your Skillet:
1-3 pats of butter
1 cup, Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Now I highly recommend you watch the video as well as print up the recipe. Showing you how to do it is much better ( imho ) than writing about how to do it.
Heat up a large non-stick skillet. If your skillet has any bolts on the side like mine did in the video, spray them with non stick spray for easier clean up. Add in however much butter you would like. Once melted pour in your blended egg mixture as well as your shredded mozzarella. Keep the temperature low as high heat is not the friend of eggs. Use a spatula to constantly stir the eggs, slowly. Patience will provide you with better results. You want to constantly bring up any cooked parts of the egg from the bottom and sides of your skillet so that every bit has a chance to cook evenly. You don't want to leave any cooked egg sitting on the bottom of your skillet or it will over cook long before you get a chance to cook the rest of it.
Because of all the creamy ingredients in these eggs they will never look dry, so make sure you don't over cook them looking for a dry texture. One thing I do is to turn the stove off just before I think they are done. The remaining heat will continue to cook your eggs and this method helps prevent over cooking.
Below, I am going to show you three more versions or options and I would like you to vote which one you would like me to work on next. Let me know which version or choice you want, either send me a message here, below the video in comments, or on any of my Facebook pages or groups.
